The conference registration process was launched on the 18th<\/sup><\/strong> May 2026.<\/strong>

To register for the EAEEIE 2026 Conference please visit the EasyChair page for the conference: <\/strong>

On the conference page in EasyChair, please select the Registration option from the list of activities and start the registration process.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration process is organized in four phases:<\/strong>

Phase 1: All participants should enter their personal registration information.<\/strong>

Phase 2: The participants should choose one of the conference registration options, as well as any or all of the conference registration add-ons.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 3: Once the registration form is submitted, the registering person will be directed to the Registration Summary page. On the right top corner of the page the registrants will be able to edit their invoices and add the necessary information for their affiliation, funding sources, VAT number of the paying organization, etc. Then the registrants can request their summarized or itemized invoices.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 4: The payment for the conference participation can be done online by credit card or offline by wire transfer. The default option is the online payment by credit card. If the participant wishes to proceed with the payment by wire transfer, please contact the conference chair (by sending e-mail to pzahariev@uni-ruse.bg), so that the “pay by wire transfer” option for the submitted registration can be enabled.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
